We are very happy with the process and constant contact Patricia provided throughout the process. We received pictures and updates all the way up until pick up day. After completing the questionnaire and application, Patricia called us directly and we had a very wonderful extensive personal conversation. For the next 5 weeks, we were kept up to date with pictures, videos and updates on our new family member. We needed a smooth understanding transition to bring our new loved baby into our home after losing our 13 year old mini Doxie. The whole experience throughout focused on the observation, mindfulness, attention and consideration of the dachshund breed and connection to their new home.
